Who am I?
My name is Veronica Grant, and I’m a Certified Financial Consultant.
I’ve been good with money since I started babysitting at age 11. I walked into my parents’ room less than a year later holding a wad of cash (I think almost $2k?) that I’d saved and said, “Umm, Mom? Should I open a bank account or something?”
I’ve been saving and learning to be more strategic with money ever since.
I also have a degree in Social and Economic Justice, so I have a unique perspective on how your finances play out in our larger economic systems. Money is wrapped up in politics, emotions, and what you can or can’t afford, your money education has to account for all of that.
