Would it surprise you if I said people pleasers and narcissists are a match made in heaven?

It’s true.

People pleasers are the largest subsection of my clients, and their biggest frustration is attracting narcissists. The bad news is this is a frustrating pattern to break, but the good news is it’s totally breakable.

In fact, if you’re a people pleaser, I’ve got a meditation for you that’ll help you to say NO to others.

In this episode, you’ll learn:

  • Why these toxic relationships feel like an addiction and one that’s SO hard to give up
  • The surprising many similarities between narcissists and people pleasers
  • How to end the toxic cycle of getting back into the same relationship again and again for good

Totally! And remember, there’s a difference between being nice and kind. xoxo

Being kind is in my nature and I don’t want to change that.I just need to be able to hold boundaries for myself.Especially with men.I struggle with the amount of selfish people in the world.

My pleasure, Heather! This topic often causes a lot of ruffles and/or thinking!

This is total common sense. I have seen some couples where the woman is fawning all over the man and doting to his every need, and it irks me because these are confident professional women…who I guess are people pleasers. This has given me something to reflect on to determine how much of a people pleaser I am, or even if I have acted like the narcissist at times. Thank you for this information.
