Do you only coach people who live in Dallas?

Nope! I’m equipped to see dating coaching clients over the phone + internet. I see a handful of private yoga clients, and those clients are restricted to Dallas. If you’re interested in working with me in that capacity, please go here to get in touch with me about those services.

How can you help me if you never met me or know my story?

I get to know your story! My client onboarding is quite extensive, and I make sure I get all the info I need from you to help you best move forward. Also, most of my clients are female, in a similar age range, and career path. As such, I see common threads + patterns my clients experience, which helps me to better serve you as I have lots of experience moving you around your blocks.

How do we get started?

I’m so happy you’re interested in working together! The first step would be to schedule a complimentary Dating Clarity Session with me to make sure we’re a perfect match to work together.

Do we need to meet in person?

Nope! See above. Of course, for my private yoga clients, we do work in person, and I require my clients to provide a space.  {Home or office work great!}

What will our first session be like?

Our first session is a 90-minute Relationship Visioning Session. For 90-minutes, I dig deep to help you get crystal clear on what YOU need + desire in a relationship. {Not what your mother, magazines, or society think you need.} Check out my 3-month Dating Mindset Mentorship Coaching program to learn about how we’ll work together for the rest of the sessions.

What can I expect from my coaching sessions

After each coaching session, you’ll have 1-3 tools, assignments, or resources for you to use + implement before our next coaching session. These tools are 100% catered to your needs at the time, and will help you reach your specific goals.

During our sessions, I make sure you feel safe + non-judged. My coaching style is very grounded + success-oriented. I’m not particularly woo-woo. {If you are looking for a woo-woo coach, I can refer you.} I’ve been known to tell it like it is, which may not always be what you want to hear, but it’s what you need to hear.

What you get out of each coaching session + the entire program is directly related to what you put in to each session + the assignments I give you.

How long do I need to work with a coach?

For lasting change, I believe 3 months is the minimum amount of time required. I take clients through a process of developing a strong self-care practice, changing limiting beliefs, and breaking out of dating patterns that requires time to build a lifestyle + mindset around. In my own experience, as well as my clients’, any work together that is less than 3 months doesn’t tend to stick.

I’m already seeing a therapist. How is coaching different?

Coaching + therapy can actually compliment each other, depending on your exact situation + needs. Generally, therapy looks at your past from different angles as a method of healing.

Coaching focuses more on the future. You’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m in the passenger’s seat teaching you how to drive + reading off the Google map directions. At the end of the day, you do the driving + decide which route you take to get to where you want to go, I just teach you how + help you understand how your routes may be different. 

While I will want to get to know your past to help me figure out where your patterns + blocks are, we don’t hang out there too much.

Do I need stop working with my therapist?

I cannot make that call for you. That is between you + your therapist.

How did you become a coach?

I received my Health Coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I helped women overcome perfection + body image issues. However, after coaching many women, I realized where they really wanted help was with their relationships. Most of the women’s relationships I worked with suffered because they weren’t taking care of themselves. My coach, Hillary Rubin, and her flagship program, The Art of Becoming A Coach helped me to facilitate my transformation from health coach to dating coach.

Additionally, I draw experience + knowledge from a decade of teaching yoga to help my clients take better care of themselves + find peace within.

Can I book a single session, or do I have to complete a whole series

To help my clients get the best results, I only work with clients in packages. Right now, I have 2 packages. We can work together for 3 months to help you get into the relationship you desire. Or, you can hire me to help you write your online dating profile. I can help you have an authentic + unique profile up and running in less than 30 days.

What types of people do you coach, and what types of results can I expect?

I work mostly with women in their 30s + 40s who want to get into a real, lasting relationship. My clients are driven, smart, and success-oriented, and often have put their personal lives on the back burner. I can’t promise you’ll meet your dream man by the end of our time working together, but I can promise you’ll have all the tools you need to start attracting the right men for you, and repel the wrong men for you. You’ll know how to date smarter, not harder so you waste less time with the wrong men + get on the same page with the men you date quickly.
