    Before working with Veronica, I had a lack of motivation to work out, pain from instructors pushing me too hard in group yoga classes, and a lot of stress from my job.

    Veronica taught me specific techniques to combat stress, and has actually TAUGHT me yoga so that I’m able to improve my flexibility and I understand what the poses are supposed to do. Now, I’m much more confident in my yoga skills, and I have a new and improved outlet for relaxation and fitness.

    I have been to other yoga instructors, and honestly, no one compares. She helped me to stay calm and encourages relaxation, but at the same time was able to help me get a good workout. Or, if I was tense, she helped me open up those areas of my body.

    I’m Veronica Grant, a private yoga teacher based in Denver, Colarado.

    {Fun fact, in my other business, I help smart women treat themselves the way they want to be treated so they can find the love + relationship they want while dating or in the relationship they have.}

    I’ve been everywhere on the health pendulum, from working out hard at the gym every day and counting calories, to a high stress job where I worked 90 hours a week, hardly exercised and ate fast food a lot of the time.

    But no matter the side of the pendulum I was on, I was stressed, all.the.time.

    Relaxing + taking time to “do nothing” was out of the question for me. I only went to the hardest yoga classes + left before savasana {who has that kind of time for a “nap”?!}

    My stress became a constant, negative energy that burned straight through my stamina and many of my relationships.

    But then I got serious with my yoga practice. And everything changed.

    My work matters because constant stress + running around from place to place is no way to live. And I’m here to remind you being healthy and practicing self care can be a guilty pleasure.
